Preservative for Bread

Romoban Calcium Propionate works as an anti-fungal agent and a mold inhibitor in breads, cakes, doughnuts,
buns, rolls, pizza bread and other baked goods.

It is a widely used preservative as it does not affect the flavor, taste and appearance of the baked good.
