Acetic Acid

Preservative for bread, sauces and pickles.

Acetic acid is an industrial preservative.

It is used in the Bread industry in combination with Calcium Propionate as a mold-inhibitor. It retards the growth of fungus and other microbial organisms, giving a longer shelf life to the bread.

Acetic acid is also used by sauce and pickle manufacturers as a base and a preservative.

Packing:
30 kg and 50 kg jar.
